Thank you to everyone who helped make our 1st Annual Chili Cook-off a success.  You helped to raise just shy of $2500.00 to go towards restoring the Historic Jail.  Thank you to those who entered your chili for the contest and all the judges that participated.  There were definitely some yummy dishes and it was hard to choose a winner. We are so grateful for all of the businesses and individuals who donated raffle baskets, pies, and goodies, so please give these folks a hand, or even better, shop at their establishments to let them know their support matters.    The kids had a blast as well and walked away with lots of goodies.   It was so good to see all of you and to make new friends.   Building relationships is an important part of what Friends of Clarksville is all about and events like this promotes that comradery to make things happen.    Please contact us at Friendsofclarksville@gmail.com if you are interested in learning more about the Friends of Clarksville and what we do.   See you next year!
